Upon purchase, HFDEO grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and view the purchased course materials for your own non-commercial use during the access period applicable to your purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
- All course content, including videos, text, questions and answers, worksheets, PDFs, images, audio, code samples, and any other materials (“Content”), is owned by HFDEO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, record, distribute, publicly display, perform, publish, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Content without prior written permission from HFDEO.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Do not copy, scrape, download, record (including screen capture or audio/video recording), or redistribute any Content.
- Do not extract, copy, or redistribute any questions, answers, or assessments for any purpose.

- We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.
7. Refund Policy
Because the Services provide immediate access to digital content, refunds are limited as follows:
- No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed or viewed in any way.
- A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase only if the course has never been accessed. “Accessed” includes any login to the course area or loading any course lesson, module, assessment, download, or stream associated with the purchase.
- To request a refund, select “Contact” from the menu and provide your purchase details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
8. Availability and Modifications
- HFDEO aims to keep the Services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur, including for maintenance or factors outside our control.
- We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
9. Termination and Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and without refund if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Services and Content.

- The Services and Content are provided for educational purposes only. HFDEO makes no guarantees of outcomes, results, job placement, certification, or earnings.

- No oral or written information or advice provided by HFDEO or its representatives creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, HFDEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services or Content.
- HFDEO’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall, if demanded by either party, be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
- Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class, collective, or consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
- This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any court action permitted under these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver of any term is a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted herein. HFDEO may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
